What's in the rate
- The whole home
- 4 bedrooms + flex room, 2 baths, sleeps 10. Linens, towels, stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, fast WiFi, fenced yard, driveway parking.
- Cleaning
- One cleaning fee of $275 per stay. No service fee when you book here.
- Stay length
- 2–14 nights book instantly; 15–21 nights are approved by request. 21 nights is the maximum for individual guests — the same as on Airbnb. Weekly discount applies automatically from 7 nights. Longer stays are company placements only.
- Taxes
- The 10% El Cajon lodging tax is added at checkout. Company placements of 30+ nights are exempt.
- Pets
- Up to 2 pets welcome: $75 per pet per stay plus a $250 refundable deposit. Service animals stay free.
- Cancellation
- Full refund up to 30 days before check-in; no refund inside 30 days.
- Checkout security
- Pay securely, then a 2-minute ID check at least 48 hours before check-in (for stays starting sooner, the ID check comes before you pay). Your door code is sent once you're verified; if your ID isn't verified in time, we cancel the booking and refund you in full. Payment is by card through Stripe.
