Westwind House sits on a quiet residential street, so parties and events aren't allowed at any time. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM keep nights restful for you and the neighborhood.
Spacious for Up to 10 Guests
Four bedrooms plus a flex room: one queen, three full beds and a twin sleep nine, and inflatable beds bring it to ten.
Pet-Friendly — Fenced Yard!
Pets welcome! Up to 2 pets, any size. Pet fee: $75 per pet per stay (non-refundable). Refundable pet deposit: $250 per booking. Refunded within 48 hours after checkout if no damage is found. Service animals are always welcome at no charge.
Free Parking
Park in the driveway, with street parking also available. Please don't block the neighbors' driveways.
Your Vacation, Your Address
Please use your home address for any deliveries during your stay. This helps us keep turnovers smooth for every guest.

Keyless entry with a smart lock code provided before arrival. For your security, please don't modify any locks or security devices.
24/7 Exterior Security
6 Ring cameras monitor exterior areas (driveway, entrances, backyard) for your safety — video only, no audio. There are no cameras inside the rented home. See our Privacy Policy for full camera and audio details.
Local Support on Call
Our cleaner and handyman are minutes away, and the owner answers texts day and night. You'll have the whole home to yourselves.

What We Provide
