Many displaced families have pets that need a safe place too. Dogs are welcome at Westwind House with a private fenced backyard. Pet fee: $75/stay (non-refundable). Refundable pet deposit: $250. Refunded within 48 hours after checkout if no damage is found.

How does billing work?
We can invoice your company directly via Stripe, or the family can pay and submit receipts for reimbursement. Both options include itemized documentation for claims.
What documentation do you provide?
Itemized receipts, rental agreement, W-9, and any additional documentation we can reasonably provide for your file. We are a furnished-housing provider, not an insurance adjuster — eligibility and reimbursement are determined by your insurer.
How quickly can a family move in?
We can accommodate same-week move-ins when the property is available. Contact us for current availability and we will respond the same day.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Dogs are welcome with a private fenced backyard. Pet fee: $75/stay (non-refundable). Refundable pet deposit: $250. We understand displaced families often need to bring their pets.
What is the maximum stay?
Up to 60 days. Extensions may be available by arrangement depending on availability. Contact us to discuss longer-term needs.
