Placements of 30 nights or more are contracted with insurance carriers, ALE housing providers, relocation and corporate housing companies — use the placement desk and we'll call within 24 hours to confirm availability, the rate and billing. Individual travelers are welcome for stays of up to 21 nights: 2–14 nights book instantly here or on Airbnb, 15–21 nights by request below. 21 nights is the maximum for individual guests — the same as on Airbnb.
Does insurance cover this?
Yes! We provide all documentation needed for insurance claims, including itemized receipts and a detailed rental agreement. We work directly with insurance adjusters to make the process smooth.
What's the maximum stay?
Placements run from 30 to 180+ nights for insurance and corporate clients; extensions are welcome. Every placement is confirmed with the paying company before move-in.
Is there a discount for longer stays?
Individual stays of 7+ nights get the weekly discount automatically — you'll see the estimated breakdown when you select your dates below. The monthly rate (25% off, lodging tax waived) applies to company placements of 30+ nights and is set in the placement contract.
