Your Stay Details
Door Code

Entry & Smart Lock
- Your unique door code is sent 1 day before check-in
- Enter code on the front door smart lock keypad
- Code auto-expires at checkout — no need to return keys
- If the lock beeps red, re-enter your code slowly
WiFi
- Network name: WestWind_Guest
- Password is provided in your check-in message
- Router is in the office — if issues, unplug for 30 sec and replug
- Speeds are work-from-home ready (video calls, streaming, etc.)
Thermostat
- Nest thermostat is in the hallway
- Tap to adjust temperature — set it however you like
- AC recommended at 72-74°F in summer
- Heat recommended at 68-70°F in winter
Washer & Dryer
- Full-size washer & dryer in the laundry room (off the kitchen)
- Detergent pods are provided under the sink
- Dryer sheets are on the shelf above
- Please clean the lint trap after each dryer load
Outdoor Theater
- Projector and screen are in the backyard shed
- Set up the screen on the patio — it's freestanding
- Plug projector into the outdoor outlet by the back door
- Connect via HDMI cable (provided) or cast from your phone
- Works best after sunset — bring blankets!
Parking
- Free driveway parking — fits 2-3 cars
- Please do NOT park on the street (HOA rules)
- The property manager's space is clearly marked — please leave it open
Trash & Recycling
- Trash pickup: Thursday mornings
- Roll bins to the curb Wednesday night, bring back Thursday evening
- Blue bin = recycling, green bin = yard waste, black bin = trash
- Extra trash bags are under the kitchen sink
Water Filtration + Reverse Osmosis
- Whole-house water filtration — every tap is filtered
- Reverse osmosis system in kitchen for pure drinking water
- Safe to drink from any faucet — no need for bottled water
- Shower water is also filtered (great for sensitive skin)
Dog Policy
- Max 2 dogs, any size welcome
- Private fenced backyard for off-leash play
- Dogs must be crated when left unattended
- Not allowed on furniture or beds
- Clean up after dog in yard immediately
- Must be on-leash in front yard/driveway
